Notes

After making fresh juice, it is best to consume it fresh as soon as it is extracted. Then, if required, you can store it in a refrigerator (at 4°C or below) for two days. Juice from a high-speed liquefier will oxidize more rapidly compared to a slow juicer. A slow juicer rotates at a mere 80 rpm, whereas liquefier spins at 3000 Rpm. As the liquefier spins, the swirl incorporates more air into the juice, causing faster oxidation. A slow masticator juice machine does not cause the absorption of air. The fruits and vegetables are crushed into pulp, and then fibered are squeezed to release the juice, thus not incorporating much air into the liquid.
