Notes

Pros and Cons of high speed liquifier and a slow juice extractor: It is best to prepare the juice fresh; however, you can also store it in a refrigerator (at 4°C) for 1-2 days. Juice extracted using a fast juicer will oxidize more quickly than the juice extracted using a slow juicer. This is because the Liquefier spins at 3000rpm, spinning at high speeds creates vortex causing a sucking of air which incorporates to the juice and hastens the oxidation process. Slow juice mastigator rotates at 80 rpm which slowly grinds and squeezes out the juice from the pulp and no air is forced into the juice which can keep longer in the refrigerator without oxidation.
