Hot Coco Carob
All you need to make a sentient version is carob powder to substitute chocolate powder, and coconut milk to make a vegan hot coco carob. All of us love an old-fashioned hot chocolate. On a cold night, a steaming mug of creamy coconut milk chocolate drink is a perfect comforter. What you need to do is crush 2 pods of cardamom or powder them in a coffee blender, then add to boiling water for two minutes to bring out the essence. The fragrance is wonderful.
If you cannot resist cream on your hot chocolate, use coconut cream – it is healthy, and you will really love it. To make the coconut milk cream, place a can of coconut milk in the refrigerator. After one hour, the fat from the milk will separate at the top of the can. Place a dollop of this coconut cream on top of the hot chocolate drink.
The Carob tree has a long history in the Middle East, especially the pod and beans, which have been used as food for centuries. Carob is high in tannins, which aid to fight toxins in the digestive tract and keep harmful bacteria from growing in the intestines. Rather than dissolving in fluids, these tannins have a drying action, which aids in the drying of the stool, making it an effective diarrhea therapy.

To make the coconut cream, place the can of coconut milk in the refrigerator for 1 hour prior to starting the recipe. When it’s sufficiently cooled, the milk will form into a thick cream at the top of the can. Scoop this out and proceed with the recipe.
